Grinding, OOB stands for out of bounds meaning outside the "general intended area" clipping around the house isnt oob because the entire area of the street is considered a "general intended area" going over to snowys spot is just another random spot inside the walls, floors and ceilings in the sewer, thus it cannot be out of bounds bozo.
