I have a problem with the way I capture footage from my N64. Every 0.5 seconds my screen turns black for a single frame the audio is still present is that ok for video proof?

I don't know how this will work maybe an out of bounds% where you try to go out of bounds on as many tracks as you can. Some of the out of bounds on tracks are way to precise for me at least
