I have had this happen to me on almost every run i've tried, after load warping from the fusion reactor in the institute I try to fast travel back to the railroad and it says "fast travel is currently unavailable from this location" does anyone know why? thanks :) 1:03:00 for reference.

Well I play on the PAL version and out of 21 hours of trying total I've managed to pull off 2 sponge glides, I can do every other trick in the game, I'm just going to assume i'm terrible and it's not a problem with the PAL version, pretty ready to give it up.
