I've looked at the video. At no point does it look sped up at all to me, so give me a timestamp if you're talking about a specific moment. Regarding the loading times, it is true that his appear to be faster than the ones people below him on the leaderboard have, however they're all inconsistent so there's no way to know if the video has been altered or if he had faster loading times legitimately.
Like Vallu said in another post, there's a decently big community on ILs about this game, but it is on cyberscore. It is actually very competitive and active, so the fact that everyone submits their times there and has been since the game came out is reason enough not to have it here.
If I remember correctly, Spanish saves 1 second over English, Italian saves 1.5, and Japanese saves 2. So yeah, it's not very important, and you won't be able to switch to Japanese if your Wii U isn't from japan.
As far as I know, the popular categories must have video proof for the top 5 times, and the less popular ones must have video proof for only the best time.
Sure, I added it. It seems unlikely that more will be added, but if that happens I'd imagine the only reasonable way to handle it would be to invalidate all the existent runs, which would be pretty troublesome. Hopefully it doesn't happen.

I doubt it, but it's as simple as completing every level of one world and then moving onto the next world. The only things that could vary are the levels that have easy cat bells to get, since you may want to intentionally skip them and go back to them when you lose your cat suit.
Yeah I would love to see how he managed to get a 29 but I doubt he'll ever put up a video. The skill gap was much much bigger about two years ago, when he had practically all the WRs. Now Kingboo caught up with him and they're both the best players.
