Timing Rules

- RTA (Real Time Attack) is disallowed due to loads being inconsistent thus resulting in future runs either being slower or faster in unfair    circumstances. IGT (In Game Time) is the default time that is used for submitting runs. This will create a fair and fun environment for all.

- Since there is no RTA, a start timer rule doesn't exist. Instead, you will proceed to create or overwrite a save file and just run the game. After you skip the final cutscene, pause the credits and go to Statistics and display the time that is shown under "Total time spent playing."

Thrill edit: A save file isn't actually required for the game to track IGT so you can decide whether to use one or not.
