Remember to always set charge to $50 for every amenity - it helps you earn money faster and doesn't affect residents' happiness.

Numbers on pictures below indicate priority of amenity placing. You should place amenities with same number at the same time and avoid placing amenities when there are no trailers nearby. If there are no numbers on pictures, it's best to place all amenities at once.
