Sorry I didn't read the timing rules until after I did this run. Luckily my video editor counts individual frames. Arnold first appears in stage 1 at 28:33 and 27 frames, and the screen darkens at 39:56 and 2 frames, so I think it's 11:22 and 35 frames if I got it right. Thanks SuperPitFro for the tutorial and zorilla for the level 2 strat.

PS: I meant to say "BEFORE taking control" at the beginning :P.
