Albiore Greater Flightstone Clip Explanation

Video is somewhat old as it is from when the clip was first discovered. Recent amendment: you do not have to go as far into the lake to achieve the clip as the tutorial implies, and you do not need to be angled - just flying straight ahead works fine. Watch any relatively recent speedruns on the leaderboard for a reference.

Video also shows a [seemingly useless] clip into Nam Cobanda Isle using a similar exploit. Flightstone clip also confirmed to work on PS2. There has still not been a successful clip to the refined flightstone area found.

This clip can be performed before the Albiore loses its ability to fly, and having the flightstone prevents it from ever losing this ability.
