What emulators are legal for submission of runs?
I have the cart physically, but for convenience and recording quality I would rather play on those.
Bizhawk (version shown) with mGBA core, Frame Counter shown. Full run with a hard reset of the emulator. I pulled this from looking at Aria of Sorrow and Metroid Fusion RTA threads by Eagle and CScottyW and they have some great resources in those threads. I will update the rules to clarify later.

I was hoping Retroarch would be an immediate answer. Since I can only record via my phone.
RetroArch has mGBA available so if you can get a frame counter on it that would be fine as far as I can tell. If John GBAC is a mobile emulator I'd say that is not allowed as that's the case in most boards.
I'd say as long as it has mGBA, Frame Counter, Hard Reset and the emulator clearly defined in the description and or the video a run would be accepted.

I did a rough run last night to just see what I could get without practice and landed a 40:10.
This morning I hit stage 6 at roughly 30 minutes.
I'll try and record a run soon and get it posted.
