Wtf No ! everybody need to wait until the dialog end, except some exceptions :) I don't understand why you want to change that

Why want to go faster by changing the rules ? it's not fair And I don't want to change the time of everyone in this leaderboard :P

But that's litteraly removing a part of the game. It's different if it's something like load times which aren't really a part of the game, but this is an actual part of the game, removing it from times would make no sense.
