Hi, I'm looking to get into speedrunning this game and I heard from one community member that the Shifty is the fastest grab trick to pull off. Is there any frame data that confirms this? It doesn't seem obvious to me (yet) but I'd like to hear what y'all think.

There are some double-tap grab tricks that you can land on flat ground and some that you cannot. Shifty is one that you can land on flat ground. It's commonly referred to as the fastest, but that just might be because of the way the animation looks.
