perk glitch shouldn't be in the no perks category because its literally using perks. and theres no point in having 2 different categories because its the same run atm. or make it so that perk glitch is not allowed in no perks

i said this to steve when he was mod and he said they were technically not using perks, i think the best thing to do is to move the runs to the perks category so the different categories aren't obsoleted
