Just a quick query, am i able to submit IL's for levels that have been done within a run? for example, if im at naboo in an any% run and get a best seg, can i submit that as a IL? or do i have to do them individually(outside of a run)?

You can submit like that it is fine. I did the same thing for Kashyyyk because I did not felt like grinding actual IL for it xD. The video I used for Kashyyyk is from a very old full game PB of mine.
