We got one screenshot only submission and I forgot that I had "Runs require a video" enabled in this leaderboard. So I accepted the time, because it's just placed in 4th place and seems reasonable time.
I hope that in the future, submissions would be mostly videos, because there's possiblity to cheat the timer with save reloading. That's why video proof was enforced before.
Maybe rule for mandatory video proof when time is top 1-3? I need to think about this later today.
I think removing the requirement is a good idea. There aren't many people here and I think they're all trustworthy! Should only need to moderate top scores anyway. This one is up to you though.
As for save reloading, is it actually possible? The game saves after each death, keeping the timer the same. So I'm pretty sure you can only cheat by splicing videos. I might be missing something though.
It's totally possible: if you just quit the game and reload, timer goes back to time when previous save was made. So people could in theory make segmented run easily by reloading save file if pace isn't good.
This is also why there's "no save reloading" rule in the first place.
I made changes to rules: Any%: no video needed, unless it's top 3 or better. 100%: video is required, because this is only way to verify completion.
(sorry for late response)
