Games needs runners more than mods if you want my opinion (but regarding STK indeed it was a bit low on mods and I’m not that active so it’s good brmbrmcar joins the team)

The problem I see is that it is hard to do runs. There are a lot of settings.And it can get confusing, especially with full game runs.

exhaustion is a much more major problem. Nearly 2 hours of holding the forward key is hard. All the splits are available so you remember the route

Is it exhausting? Anyway,I hate splits. They become a pain.

Well not exhausting as if I'm losing critical fluids by sweating so much, but wanting to do something else 3/4 of the way through the run

Yeah 2 hours is a bit long for a fullgame run. Maybe running each Grand prix separatly would make for shorter run and more bearable.

But the nice thing about the full game run is that it mix all match styles (race, follow the leader, time trial…).

Follow the leader is so bugged. So is the AI. Also earthbound run are 4 hours long and many people do it.

I hate Follow the Leader.

I spent almost 5 hours trying to find all the collectables in a game semi-blind and timed it too, and submitted it to the board because I had a good time doing so. Maybe some people are just more patient than others? If you don't want to do long drawn out runs, you can always just suggest smaller categories like MCMic did. I mean not everyone has the time in their life to play a single game for an hour+ let alone a couple attempts of it. Maybe the Gran Prix could each be game runs? They do constitute as more than one race, and might be encouraging for players wanting to dip into the game.

To move GPs to the full-game list, we would have to add a gp category for every difficulty and version. Thats 48 categories total. It's a good idea, it's just the implementation is unfeasable. Maybe with Subcategories it could work?

Edit: I cannot figure out how to make a subcategory under another subcategory in the full game list. I don't think this is going to work. It's fine as it is. To summon more runners, we need to upload more runs, I think it's that easy.

Or you could just call the category "Time Attack" like most racing games do.
