i feel that seperating them will gain more interest in the runs since it means that there can be more of a focus on learning runs with speed glitches in mind and runs where you play the level perfectly.

in short, please make this a new category- it sucks that the fastest time without the speed glitches gets burried beneath the other runs just because of a glitch

i know that it boils down to "skill issue" but i don't think that it's acceptable that it gets blended in with the others. they should be classed seperatly to the other runs

For Any% I don't think there's nearly enough demand for a category split for a glitch that's only used in a handful of splits. I do think a variable to sort by would be cool but it would require the mods to sift through every single run which is a lot of work.

ILs would take EVEN longer to sort for a category split. The variable already exists for this purpose and you can choose to sort by speed glitches or without.

Changing the current variable to be a sub-category is not an issue at all for ILs, but it will make the leaderboard look awful and empty in most of the current ILs. The variable is there exactly for the purpose of filtering runs by it if anyone wants to

If we ever reach the point when there are enough runs and there's enough demand for a split, sure, but I don't see it happen any time soon

I'd actually like to cast my hat into the "separate the glitch runs" corner for future reference. I also find it a bit disheartening that no matter how clean a run of mine is it'll never be in the top three. But I understand the community for this game isn't exactly stuffed, and it's kind of redundant at the moment.
