Is this run legal? (splitter died in boneyard)

Mod comments: Small cases where the game feed cuts out that are completely out of the runner's control (in this instance, due to equipment not working for about 9 seconds) are acceptable but be weary in future that this may not slip by depending on a case-to-case basis.
