So knife only sounds sadistic but awesome, but I was wondering if you're allowed to use any NG+ items such as the defense scrolls, x ray glasses or walking shoes. Not that it would matter much but may be helpful, right?

The rules say "New Game ONLY! " so none of the NG+ items would be allowed.

It's not as hard as it sounds it's actually pretty easy as long as your not on madhouse of course

pretty annoying to optimize, but it's a fun run

knife only is pretty fun, but keep this in mind

don't use the survival knife on mutated evie, it doesn't do any damage to her whatsoever
