If you’re not a veteran PSO player and want to run glitchless, you should use this to quickly figure out where you’re supposed to go without having to stop playing the game. It’s a compact maps with directions web page (some maps have been edited for correction, as they were wrong).

Low-Noise Episode 1 Maps with Wave Markers

Hello all. For a good while now I've been working on a PSO 1&2 map viewer which will hopefully display "everything". Currently I've only completed Forest 1 & 2 with all 3 scenarios.

You can drag the map around, zoom in with your mouse wheel, toggle waves/encounters on and off, expand/hide panels for rooms, enemies and objects. You can hide/show specific objects on the map, you can toggle "Speed run mode" which will basically hide entities in rooms that are not needed, average time calculated by myself doing a run and adding some random seconds (use this as a guide line) and if you want to save the specific map as an image just right click on the map and save image.

If you want to take a look at how I make the maps, open up your browser console (usually F12) and run this command in the console "enableMapMaker()" without the speech marks. Making changes to the map will only affect your current viewing, so if you were to reload, the edits it will be lost. I'm not gonna fully explain the map maker, if many of you would like an explanation then I can write something up. 

This is still a WIP application, if you would like any features or have any ideas just let me know. 

My current goals are to implement the rest of the maps for Caves, Mines and Ruins. Once those are done, I will find something else, probably Episode 2 maps. If I do any big updates, I will update this post, but any minor things will just be done in secret.
