Time based on starting when getting control after drilling animation up to flag being completely raised on 1-3 (and control being taken away). If the rules on this are any different please change accordingly.

as you might know, the first (and final) patch fixed a significant amount of strats for the game. as such, most runners have been downpatching for runs, which is a process that has kept a lot of runners from ever trying the run past the final patch's release.
