First ever Sub 10 run using Money Duping. My first run was a 11 minute and 58 seconds.
mod note: run existed before FPS requirement was in place.
Rule change for Html5 runs.

As of September 9th 2024, Html5 speedruns of Penguin Diner 2 will now require using the following FPS monitor web extension going forward
