BizHawk 2.8

I got excited and split a couple seconds early on LiveSplit, so the actual time is mostly 39:03 + 15 seconds for the set seed so a final time of 39:18. Satisfied w/ improvement towards the first tournament. For now, onwards to the bird tournament >:)
