Leaderboard rework:

• The whole leaderboards has beed reworked for adding new categories.
• New rules had been set related to emulators and overall showing game on video
• "Tour%" is now only for PSP and DS categories because only these version have the actual tour mode. Other categories got "All Songs" as defult category

New categories:

• Beat It% have beed added for PSP and DS categories
• 100% have been added for PSP
• iOS version has been added with "All Songs" category
