I used reWASD to rebind the keyboard controls and mouse click as follows:

left arrow - left dpad right arrow - right dpad up arrow - up dpad down arrow - down dpad left shift - L1 left mouse click - R1 left control - X button (Xbox) Enter - A button (Xbox)
