The All Recruit Missions, Bolt45 only rule refers to only using Bolt45 as main weapon, but does this mean that hand grenades and other consumable weapons are allowed? And if so, are we allowed to buy items from the shops?

The extra items that can be used are only those obtained with the transceiver or during missions (rations, C4, shock bombs).
