A General Guide to Any% (B1aZ3n's Route)

Here is the guide I use for my route

Level #		Significance

2.			Pick Up Steel Blade (Obtain 'save that dude' Achievement)
3.			Pick Up Fire mage Vest and Jump man Suit
6.			Pick Up & Equip Hero's Suit (Obtain "Class Consciousness" Achievement)
			After level 6 and before level 7 go to Prize Room and collect the above achievements
			After level 7 you will be automatically sent to the shop, in the shop use the gold collected from the Prize Room to purchase and equip Poisoned Dagger.
8. 			If tight on gold, you can pick up noble sword worth 911 gold
10.			By the end of this level you need to have 2,000 gold
			After 13 you will be automatically sent to the shop, in there purchase a silver key
16.			Use the silver key to pick up and equip Supersonic Ring
18.			You need to collect all 3 gems in this level
			After 18, go to the shop and purchase a golden key
19.			Use the golden key to skip this level's cut scene
20.			Use spider skip to skip this boss fight.
			Then go to the bank and pick up, Gayan, Improved Jump Man Suit, + other equip
25.			Cutscene skip

Here are the splits I use for the run

The Reason why the last ten levels are so simple is due to the bank removing all need to manage items, simply making it a mad-dash to finish each level as soon as possible.

Banking

The Bank is an important resource that becomes available after the twenty level, it can store items that can be exchanged between files. Normally it costs gold to be able to withdraw from the bank however if you deposit the item into the bank from a file and then do your runs on that file you can withdraw from the bank at no cost.

There are three items that should be in your bank.

Gayan Max Star - Best weapon in the game, (so far) for speed running, greatly increases your speed and deals the most damage out of all daggers.

Improved Jump man Suit - This is a significant upgrade over your other equipment and allows you to perform so sequence breaks.

Steelblow Ring - After experimenting with level 25, personally my least favorite level in the game due to the amount of unskipable cut scene I found that you could skip all cut scenes in the level. It requires a very precise jump from the of the tree branch, towards the beginning of the level and then quickly changing direction, but it allows you to skip the first light wall and consequently jump over the entire level. I will be adding in a video guide shortly to explain exactly what I mean.

Another Equipment Max Star - In order to have a clean Wizard fight you are going to want access to an equipment that maintains your speed while giving you enough armor to tank a hit or two from wizard.

Beast Skip

Although this is more relevant to Beggar %, it is possible to finish level 39 without fighting beast, It is really finicky but it is possible and will save a little bit of time in Any% if a consistent strat is found, but for now its not RTA viable because of how small the end zone is.

Cutscene Skip (Level 19)

In order to perform this skip you need a golden key before starting level 19. Then you need to start spamming the attack button in order to deal as much damage to the stone wall as possible, ideally you break it quick enough to pass through before the cut scene starts, if you don't it is up to you whether you want to restart the level or let the cut scene play, the difference is relatively small. You can tell that you got the skip if the screen follows you into the next room, if it does you need to use the golden key to unlock the gate, you can't collect the key from the skeleton because that would put you within range of the cut scene, triggering it.

Cutscene Skip (level 25)

In order to do this skip you need a improved jump man suit, which you can pick up from the bank. Currently there is no way to skip the first 2 talking sequences, however after those you can jump onto the tree branch and then on top of the area with the blue chest, from there you need to double-jump, rage leap, jump, flutter (spam dagger to reduce fall rate) from there you should be able to cross into the final section, once there perform the above again to cross the final pillar.

Fastest language learning in the Magic Rampage

-I want to say one trick in the game that the speed of voice acting in the game is different and the most inhibitory language is Ukrainian and Russian, average English and others, and the fastest is Turkish much faster by 1 second than English.
all this is useful for 1, 6, 13, 30, 32, 36, 38 and 40 dungeon.

Safety Strats : Level 22 and Level 30

Over the last few days I've realized that level 30 is a lot more dangerous than I originally gave it credit for, primarily because of the removal of the secondary equipment. There are a few ways to fix this problem, first with precise movement you can pick up 3 Gems on level 22 which should give you enough gold for 2 revives throughout the last few levels, ( ideally used during castle, levels 29, 30), and / or you can add an armor back into the run, both of these options give you a bit more sustainability during castle, at a cost of some time. Ideally these things aren't needed, because it is faster without them, however it is much better to use these strats then to risk dying. Personally I will be trying out both strats, however unless the time gained from more consistently pushing wizard on 30 makes up for the time loss of picking up and equipping the armor, then I will stick to picking up the gems on level 22

Skull Skip

After finally obtaining the light dagger, I felt the need to revise this guide because it is now RTA viable. The setup for skull skip requires you obtain a light dagger before level 10, however if you do it will save a minute or so of the run by being able to skip the skull fight. To perform the skip you will need to have Jump man Suit and Light Dagger equipped, jump up to the area with the thwomps, and make sure you have a rage leap prepped, jump forward, then jump again ideally your meter is below the screen at this point, then rage leap, jump and flutter forward, while  trying to maintain your energy. If done well you should be able to get to the end of the level. WARNING: If done incorrectly you risk soft-locking the game, forcing you to restart the level.

Spider Skip

One of the most significant skips in the game is spider skip. In order to do this skip you need to pick up Jump man Suit from level 3. With Jump man suit equipped you need to go to T shaped platform right before the spider boss fight, on the platform you need to double-jump, into rage leap, into jump, into flutter (spamming attack button in order to reduce fall rate). You need to obtain the majority of your height before you pass the tree, otherwise you are going to trigger the spider fight. If you trigger the spider the fastest option available to you is to die as quickly as possible and try again because even if you get an ideal spider fight it can take multiple minutes where as restarting the level will take less than a minute.

Wizard Skip

Apparently this game is even more broken than I thought, on the last level you can actually jump into an area where it will automatically end the game, thus allowing you to finish the game without ever beating the wizard boss, this will be accepted into any and all runs, and the category descriptions will be changed to acknowledge this new skip
