There are two major changes going into effect for speedrunners. The first and largest is that ALL multiple-player runs that place in the TOP 5 must include ALL POVs for the run to be verified. There will be zero leniency for this rule. (All runs done after 1/10/2023 are subject to this rule change)

The second change is regarding a new way to double jump inside LL, deemed IslandHop. It has been on the community's radar for some weeks now and in short, IslandHop WILL be allowed inside runs with some implications. Firstly, you will NOT be allowed to jump up and grab items through the floors (if there is any interest in doing runs this way, we can look at adding a separate category). You WILL be allowed to use IslandHop for any other scenario as long as it doesn't involve grabbing items through floors, this includes: key drops, jumping on table/desks, and jumping over ledges to fall to a floor beneath.
