Run using an out of bounds () I found in the in Planetarium to skip Beast which saves almost 2 minutes. Rest of the run was pretty mixed but rune RNG was excellent.

There is also an out of bounds into the Cellar () which can skip the First Warden, but I am not convinced it saves any time over all.
