I am curious regarding the all achievements category.

I assume that on PS5/4 and Xbox, these are their trophies.

On PC, would this be achievements on steam?

Lastly, is this category applicable to Switch?

I think It's very hard for mods to actually check if they did this. In all versions they would get some kind of pop up that they recieved the trophies or achievement

For PS, Xbox and PC the popups can be recorded.

The rules even explicitly require this:

Time starts on pressing “Start your journey” in the character creation screen. Time ends on acquiring the final achievement/trophy. Has to be done with a fresh set of achievements and the Pop-ups shown.
