Did some routing changes, and knocked a few minutes off my time, falling below 30 minutes! There is one instance of piggybacking, using NESP to hit an electric switch through a wall in Stage 3 for a speed boost, but otherwise it's all Susie!

Stage 4 probably has the biggest potential to save more time, as there were very few Speed/Attack boosts I picked up, but they all seemed rather out of the way...
