I have been trying to use the prop flying glitch, and every time when I'm scaling a wall or flying oob it flings me way to far.

1. Jump on the object

2. Crouch

3. Grab the object, still crouching

4. Move your mouse slightly upward slowly

This is super easy once you get used to it

When it flings you really far, it’s because it caught a lot of speed and hit a wall, it’s kinda luck based tbh
