I played the USA version using BizHawk 2.8 Emu with an Xbox 360 controller. I turned off the in-game music and played some soundtracks of the game in the background.

I implemented the new applicable timesaves from my 100% optimization. My new goal was breaking the 1:36 barrier.

Biggest time losses from mistakes & bad RNG:

• 22s in Geyser Field Level 2: I got a very early cycle which made me mess up with Diego.
• 8s in Geyser Field Boss: I got bad RNG and I should have hit the Boss first.
• 5s x4 in Forest from slow Crash & Eddie and Boss.
• 8s in Ice Floes Level 1: I missed 1 green geyser cycle at the end.

So Sub 1:35 is achievable, I was close. Sub 1:34 isn't doable for now because of RNG.
