Uses RivaTuner Statistics Server to cap framerate to 60FPS for most of the run, uncap it for part of Tower World using a hotkey, and cap it to 32FPS for a specific jump in Tower World again using hotkeys. The framerate I normally get uncapped makes the jump highly inconsistent, and 60FPS isn't much better.

Figured I should just submit this, if anyone has any objections then please bring them up!
