For boss 1, back up from the rocks when he drops down. Stay near the door until he does his first ground slam. Hold z to dodge it, then walk closer to him. After you are close he will lift his sword, back up to the door until he swings, then continue to bait it until you see a moment to hold z and hold x to hit the red orb on his chest. Do NOT go on the side with little room, as he can keep ypu there for free damage. Then continue to repeat this until he is low. And if he does his ground slam, back up, dont try and bait him to swing as it will not work and you will take unnessecary damage.
