I wanted to use a phonecall to skip the end dialogue but it makes the cutscene last the normal amount of time rather than the shortened replay time. With goto 0 you could probably also use a nitro menu for this mission. Only new strat I used in this run was a bike in the fence to make it lose collision, which ends up hitting one of the Ballas killing him instantly.
