I'm not that well versed in what would/wouldn't be a fun category to run + I'm quite new to speedrunning in general, so take this with a grain of salt.
Basically, this category would involve starting a new game, and attempting to buy any safehouse/property as quickly as possible.
I've done a couple run attempts and my PB was 2min 10s. The biggest argument against this category would be just how RNG heavy it is, even though it's a very short run in total. Although, there's a lot of room for discovery, strategies, and skill to achieve the fastest possible time.
Timing starts the same as a normal run, timing ends as soon as the "Property Bought" screen appears.
