If I was better, sub 2:30:00 was easily possible, found all required ore chunks before the 2hr mark, and village had 2 Tinkers buildings, meaning I didnt need to make any red alloy. I also wonder if using a steam macerator to halve the rare ore cost is viable, as there was a obsidian sign that I re-cast to a pickaxe head, but I never used it to mine a diamond.
