Learning The Ropes (Spacebarring)

I put together the scripts for some of the Learning The Ropes campaign that will consistently give you fast times. Some of the tracks don't have any scripts and one only has a script for a fast start. If you can do 0.07 spacebars consistently, you should be able to do most of these. Shoutout to Pie42 for making it easier to copy inputs with the newest version of Ghost Hax 2, as well as NotVeryGood who created the scripts for Etretat, Gravity Cave, and Dirt Jumper.
