As you can see, it says "Unlock" next to "Add Theme". And when I click at "Add Theme", it takes me to the donation page. Which means that I need to donate to edit my theme. We didn't need to donate for this before, is this a bug that is just happening in my profile or is it the same for all non-donators?

I think it's pretty clear that it's not a bug.

I can't see the profile theme mentioned on the donation page either and can still edit my theme. I do have the first donation tier currently (still thinking about what I'd use as an icon)

But why me only, that's the question.

As far as I can tell, user themes and animated user pictures have been restricted to donators since february 6th 2017, for users signed up after that date.

I was about to ask "Hasn't it always been this way?" But Lighnat0r's post answered my question: no, it has not, but it has been, ever since I got here.

Probably so randoms don't come on the site and make stupid or inappropriate animated profile pictures or themes.
