• Buy a capture card
• If you mean Xbox One/Series, you can livestream directly from the console, although this isn't very reliable if your internet is even a little bit unstable. You can also locally record up to 1 hour of video IIRC, but that also has some reliability issues
• If all else fails, you can just point a camera at your TV
