I am interested in starting to speedrun Dark Souls 1 and Dark Souls 2. Currently, I am attempting a No Hit Any% category, where I have managed to take only 1 hit so far, which has taken me months of practice.

I would like to begin my journey into speedrunning as soon as I finish my No Hit attempt.

My questions are as follows:

Where can I find guides and specific resources for Dark Souls?: I'm looking for material that can help me learn the routes and strategies for speedrunning these games.

Are there communities where I can connect with other Dark Souls speedrunners?: I would like to join forums or groups where I can ask questions and share my progress.

Recommendations for Twitch channels: I want to watch other speedrunners in action to learn from them. Any links would be helpful.

General tips for the No Hit Any% category and speedrunning in general: If you have recommendations on how to improve my skills or avoid common mistakes, I would greatly appreciate your help.

You can ask questions in the forum pages on the game leaderboards, or join their linked Discord Server and ask questions there

Dark Souls II also appears to have some guides right on the page, meanwhile both games link to the SoulsSpeedruns wiki (under the Website button near the top) which has lots more resources
