is a 100% speed run possible with in a reasonable time

By 100% do you mean doing everything needed for the Platinum trophy or getting all achievements on the Steam version, or do you mean something else.

Probably the answer to either one of the cases is no.

I think Flobberworm said plat% can be done but it'd reasonably take 35 hours.
