This category saves most of its time over Any% DLC by teleporting from Lynari Desert straight to VLS2 using multiplayer mode. That's the important bit for anyone looking to run this.

Otherwise, you need a green beret in year 1 and a flametongue from MF2 (or elsewhere) to hit 68 STR entering Vellenge with the dungeon route I used here. If you get both of these artifacts then you should do Kilanda in year 4 using multiplayer mode as this usually saves time over MF3. If you don't get these artifacts then you can either do MF3 in year 4 or still do MK and just grab an extra STR chest in Mount Vellenge. I'm not sure which is better.
