Been discussing with the Extreme-G Discord about a potential "Pacifist" category for a while now, problem is it'd get lost in conversations and we'd all just forget about it.
Now with that being said I will be adding it very shortly, the rules will be fairly strict but fair. While I am at it, I will be adding a "Duel" category since it hasn't been added yet and its only fair to add Duel since it is a single player mode within the game, and we run it in 100% so I don't really see an issue with adding it and submitting/verifying any runs that have been done within the 100% category.
New categories are up, Pacifist falls under misc as of right now unless demand calls for it to become a non-misc, Duel will be updated with all times from the 100% runs that have been submitted, when I have some more free time.
I will be testing things for the idea of PC version, as the XG discord is still a bit unsure of what to do with it. Possibly will split the categories as N64/Emu and PC
Why not make pacifist a category variable? Then you can have pacifist for any category (not just meltdown).
Are there any significant differences between PC and N64/Emu that would justify the split?
