Technically sub 1 hour if we account for milliseconds but a near perfect 1 hour is also good in my books.

Cock somehow takes full tornado damage when under effect of Turbulence even if you don't meet the damage threshold. This reduces the need to craft 3 Rings of Breeze to get by (I still needed one to one-cast the gargoyles in the Library albeit only after stabbing them once).

Cock also seems to go into a second phase(?) halfway during the second cast of Tornado which buffs its stats(?) Just Tornado is enough to deal damage before that point hence why I only use Turbulence part way into the fight.
