Despite the poor wording I think I understand what you're saying, you're asking if a New Game category where no prior officer experience can be used, correct?

I don't think it's necessary and considering runs are already on the leaderboard, editing it to include this type of a run as a subcategory would require the current runs to be completely resubmitted.

There's no one running this game other than you and me, I think the current categories are fine on their own.

yeah i agree on your opinion XD that why i need to asked u first thank you. and did emu alway faster than console in loading time or framerate? due to how lack of knowing about emu for me. i seen some games allow emu for chance of peoples to speedrun without console. how diffrent emu to console? i heard that they play on PC so that why it should be ban (for almost every console games)

From what little I know, emulating a PS2 for speedrunning purposes is generally frowned upon since it's not particularly accurate. I could be wrong though.
