Also we need to determine what is a glitch and what is a Skip. Because we have a glitched version of the run and a glitchless run we need to make sure that anything considered a glitch stays in the glitch category, and skips can be in both runs.

basically skips are stuff like on mission 4 where u jump up on platforms early, by skips is meant that u cant break out of bounds if ur running the glitchless catagory. in glitched catagory anything goes. the biggest example of a glitch is infinite guide(check out aphox's run if u havent seen this)

I would venture to say that if you need to have DE at version 1.0 for something to work, it should go in the glitched category regardless of whether or not it's a simple skip.

It may not even be that big of a time saver depending on the skip, since you wouldn't be able to connect to the internet so the game will try to connect and start you out at the bottom of the menu after every mission so you have to move up to next mission and wait to be connected only for it to not connect you. This is one of the few instances I can think of where being connected to the internet is actually faster lol.

Regardless, I've found a couple of short skips on my own that I haven't recorded yet. I'm not sure if you have them or not but if you don't end up posting them I'll upload some.

try to keep the videos shorter and to the point please =) you can make small clips easily done even with windows movie maker. the post them under guides. if the skip is already there ask a mod to review your video and the old one to determin which one is better/more informative.

to help newcommers is a different topic thats a visual level guide. to showcase skips/tricks the video should be kept to just how its performed.
