New bhop macro with an UI

Replace the video files in the "Steam\steamapps\common\Dishonored2\base\video" directory with the ones in the .zip to skip most of the eye burning intro movies.

Alternatively you can add the line "+com_showLoadingScreen 0" to your steam launch options.
