This run is super easy. Just reset until 1) The boss room is near your spawn, and 2) There is a hall with an enemy and something to jump on north or east of the stairs. One this happens, run to the hall, jump on the barrel/box, jump onto the head of an enemy, and jump over the wall, into the boss room. Finally just kill the boss.
