Since game was free on Epic Games, there might be more people trying to speedrun this.
So this is a guide to how to run Any% (and Score).

1. Setting up the game

I don't know if most of these help, but it doesn't hurt to change them.
Ideally you want to spawn with less ai, no woods, nothing to make our actions slower you get the idea.

Game speed: Quick
City-states: 0
Map size: Small
Temperature: Hot
Rainfall: Arid
Limit Turns: Custom (1)
Check all boxes start with no

2. Spam

After you click start game button, timer starts and you just press SHIFT + ENTER. That skips the turn and voila!
You (should) have a score victory.

Any% Tutorial (Updated)

1. A Basic Explanation

--------------------

This guide assumes little to no knowledge with the mechanics of Civ 6.  Bear with it if you've been speedrunning for years.

The optimal strategy as currently discovered is to set the number of AI civilizations to 1, set the number of turns until the game finishes to 1, and then upon the game starting, hit Shift+Enter to manually end your turn as quickly as possible.  After that, if the one AI civ hasn't built a city on their first turn, your score ties with theirs at 0-0, which results in a Score Victory for the player.  If the AI civ HAS built a city on their first turn, you lose and have to try again.  Unfortunately, this is purely RNG, with no way to affect your chances of winning beyond trying a larger number of times.

Since the top 10 times as of this writing are all under 0.3 seconds, saving time anywhere you can is essential.  As such, most of the following setup is designed to decrease load times as much as possible within the game.  Outside the game, it can be beneficial to close all non-essential programs to free up processing power.


2. Game Settings

Select 'Game Options' from the main menu, and move to the Graphics tab.  Pull the Performance Impact and Memory Impact sliders all the way to the left, to 'Minimum.'  Save those settings.

Next, select 'Single Player' from the main menu, click 'Create Game,' then click 'Advanced Setup.'  On the right side of the screen, there are four subsections: Options, Game Modes, Victory Conditions, and Advanced Options.

Under Options;

	Set Game Difficulty to Settler,
	Start Era to Ancient Era,
	Game Speed to Quick,
	City-States to 0,
	Map Size to Duel,
	Temperature to Hot,
	Rainfall to Arid,
	and Sea Level to Low.

Under Game Modes;

	Deselect both Barbarian Clans Mode and Tech and Civic Shuffle Mode.

Under Victory Conditions;

	Select all Victory Conditions.

Under Advanced Options;

	Set Limit Turns to Custom, and then set Max Turns to 1,
	select No Duplicate Civilizations,
	select No Duplicate Leaders,
	and select No Barbarians.

Save this configuration so you can load it later.


3. Running the Game

Click 'Start Game.'

Hold the Shift key, and with the Shift key depressed, click Begin Game and then hit Enter as fast as you can.  That's the entirety of the speedrun.

If your PC is mid- to low-grade and you're very fast at the inputs, you might hit Enter before the game loads in.  If that happens, you have to hit Enter again to finish your turn and the game.

After your first run, select 'Just One More Turn...,' then open the Game Menu with the three line icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

From there, select Restart to start a new run with the same game settings, and run the game as many times as you can.

Science% Tutorial

0. Concept:

    The basic idea of my strategy is to use pantheon glitch and 6 fishing boats or mines to get 192 production per turn, which we will convert into science and great scientist points with each turn. After some time of testing and experimentation, it turns out that getting science with pantheon glitch is just not time efficient. For quick research it would certainly work, but then cities wouldn't have time to build everything needed to win because of the lack of production points.

1. Game setup:

    The game must be version 1.0.0.341 or lower.

2. Setting up the location.

    To begin with, we will choose the Russian Empire (Peter) because of the fact that they have Lavra, which allows you to make a pantheon glitch. In the settings of the game we should also choose a legendary starting position and a lot of resources, it will be make the pantheon glitch more useful.

3. Start
	
    After pressing start button, quickly press Esc 5 times, after B to build a town. Next choose settlers and send to the nearest square in the area of 2 moves. After selecting builders and send to the nearest bonus resources such as fish or mines (stone, uranium, aluminum, etc.). The rest of the units can be removed, they only waste time. Before building a second city in the first city you must choose to send a satellite and after the research laboratory, not vice versa, it will save 1 turn. Once you have built the second city, choose to build the campus and the spaceport. The spaceport is built as a backup, because during the slow run, the opponent can destroy the spaceport with his diversion. The second city is fully dedicated to research and scientist points.

4. Choosing Research, Buildings, State

    Get Laura, Campus and Spaceport it is the most optimal order
    When selecting research Satellites, Robotics, Future Technology.
    Farther, be sure to choose government policy, rather than civics, otherwise get a bug with interface, which will not select government policy for 4-5 turns, which costs 10-15 seconds when researching satellite. In the state system choose Chiefdom, the card for military politics can be any, for economic politics choose rationalism, which gives 100% to science.

5. Choosing Pantheon
		
    Pantheon depends on where you sent builders in step 3. If to create mines, then choose god of craftsman, if to create fishing boats, then god of the sea. The pantheon glitch is done by pressing LMB + Esc at the same time. Glitch should be done 32 times, this is the optimal value of the received production in the course of the run, in which the research of a new branch ends in 1 turn before the construction of things necessary for scientific victory, so there will be no stagnant cities and waste unnecessary time waiting.
		
6. Choosing Envoys
	
    There are only two really useful city-states to send envoys to. In my case it is Buenos Aires which gives extra production points, or Seoul which gives extra science points. I think with different seeds they can be called differently. In any case, science is a priority.

7. Perfect timings

    1. Building the first city and select research/civics/etc - 25 seconds
    2. Selecting pantheons and building second city - 10 seconds
    3. Launch Earth satellite - 15 seconds
    4. Research Satellites - 20 seconds
    5. Launch Moon Landing - 15 seconds
    6. Research Robotics - 12 seconds 
    7. Launch Mars Habitation - 5 seconds
    8. Research Nano Tech - 12 seconds
    9. Launch Mars Hydroponics - 5 seconds
    10. Research Nuclear Fusion - 3 seconds
    11. Launch Mars Reactor - 2 seconds

    Thus, we get that time ( 2:23 ) in this category can still be improved by at least 8-10 seconds
